We have founded the Grove Properties Cares Program that donates proceeds from every closing to local non-profits dedicated to feeding the hungry and bringing assistance to underprivileged children. We are founding members of the Architectural Research Collaborative, a 501(c)(3) organization that seeks to empower education and research into sustainable solutions for Miami. We are enthusiastic supporters of ARC+ Buildgreen, a program for collaboration on green building initiatives and sustainable Architecture.

II. EXECUTIVE TEAM
OTTONI C. FERNANDES
Ottoni Fernandes is solely responsible for the establishment of many organizations involved in the purchase and renovation of raw properties. His building experience extends from commercial warehouses and office buildings to residential townhouses and luxury homes. Among all the companies and/or partnerships controlled by Ottoni Fernandes there exists an extensive list of successful accomplishments. Having established a consistent control of various business enterprises for over 45 years, Ottoni Fernandes has proven experience in a diverse field of large-scale business finance.
MARCELO O. FERNANDES
Marcelo Fernandes has proven financial management success with his experienced computer programming abilities. His technological abilities and experience has placed him in the forefront of real estate industry. His accomplishments include the administration of strict construction budgets and the control of large inventories of electronic merchandise and specialized medical products. Marcelo O. Fernandes is a graduate with honors from Ransom Everglades High School, Miami Florida and Washington and Lee University, Lexington Va. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and English. He is a licensed State Certified General Contractor and a licensed Real-Estate Broker managing his own brokerage firm since 1998. His first brokerage company, BMFT Enterprises, Inc, specializes in the purchase and sale of investment opportunities (both in real estate and businesses) mainly concentrating in luxury single- family homes owned and controlled by his parent company, Oxford Universal Corp. In his career he has been involved with various transactions including the development and construction of commercial and residential sites, offices, warehouses, residential townhouses, multi-family, duplex, condominiums, multi-family, and estate homes. His yearly sales volume is consistently ranked among the top 1% nationally in the National Association of REALTORS. In December of 2012 Marcelo expanded his brokerage business with the acquisition of Grove Properties located in historic Coconut Grove, Florida. This is the oldest real estate office location in Miami. Each year since his acquisition, Grove Properties revenues have increased an average of 55%.
As chief financial officer of all the family investments, Marcelo provides leadership, vision, and direction for all the companies. His success stems from his ability to develop and implement a winning business model and organizational strategy that propels each company into a leading and dominant position, thereby insuring success.
Marcelo also hold a United States Coast Guard Captain’s license and is responsible for the management of the Mestre Belo yacht and chartering activities.
EDUARDO A. FERNANDES
Eduardo Fernandes is responsible for the complete management and execution of all the construction for Oxford Universal Corp. Eduardo A. Fernandes is a graduate from Gulliver Academy High School, Miami Florida and University of Florida, Gainesville, FL. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. His building experience includes on-site management of diversified types of projects since 1990. Attention to detail, strict budget management and hands-on schedule control are his main priorities which have been the key factors for his continued success. All the projects he manages are integrated into a detailed project management software and system that keeps track of critical path progress and keeps all involved personnel notified of events, milestones and goals.
Eduardo also holds a commercial pilot aviation license and frequently pilots his Saratoga Piper airplane. He has piloted throughout USA as well as internationally as far south as the southern portion of the South American continent.
