Grove Properties and Oxford Universal hosted a launch party for their latest creation Grove Place Townhomes at Berries in the Grove.

With Phase 1 already sold out, those in attendance were offered pre-listing prices of between $625,000 and $635,000, while regular pricing will range between $635,000 and $645,000.
